My Beachfront Purchase From Living in Panama
My main concern about purchasing my property was being in a foreign country and not understanding the process. These folks made it very comfortable and understandable. There was no step or question I had that wasn't answered thoroughly, thus allaying my fears. As a result of purchasing this property, I have fulfilled a desire to immerse myself in another culture (full time very soon!). Have met and befriended quite a few new people with far different experiences than myself. And, have gotten many frequent flier miles in my account.
I now own BEACHFRONT!!! with enough ground around to create a great seaside bungalow for year-round living and entertaining visitors. This home is a fixer-upper. It allows for design changes to make it uniquely mine. In addition, it seems like an environment where you can grow almost any kind of plant. My green thumb has been brown too long. The purchase was relatively smooth. There was a slight hiccup on my part but Betsy and Reyn resolved that without hesitation. In addition, there was continuous contact available which helped a great deal.
I had been following the LIVING IN PANAMA website for over a year and a half. It always seemed to be genuine with a great deal of information about Puerto Armuelles, not just a property sale site. I went to Panama on a trip to look around and see if the town was as it appeared on the site and it was great. The property I was interested in was reserved by another customer. It wasn't until 48 hours before my departure day that it became available again. They made it happen before I left. I would recommend purchasing from them anytime. With LIVING IN PANAMA, it's not just "sign here" and see you later. They continue to assist their customers after the sale. They feel like friends. I am looking forward to my relocation in the next 3 months!

Through your helpful website, videos and blog, I not only learned enough to travel to Puerto Armuelles Panama to vacation, but also to make my move here! Then to meet you in person was wonderful! I want to Thank you and your husband Reyn for being professional, but more so, heartfelt in your business dealings. I am happy to see that I will have great neighbors as well as friends in my new town of Puerto Armuelles.
Researching a move to a foreign country, you find a lot of negative stories of being taken advantage of, being ripped off, who not to trust etc. I want to definitely recommend dealings, whether in business or for advice, to yourself and your husband.

Panama is now my home, and I love it here. I moved here with my clothes, dogs and a few mementoes. I sold my home, including its contents. Car and kayaks were sold too! Being 75 it was a little bit scary, okay a lot scary!
We researched our move, visited Panama, where we wanted to move, and bought land. 2 years later we are here. Right now we are living in David. We visit Puerto Armuelles regularly to explore where our house will be built. We have heard all the gossip about builders in Puerto. Let me assure you, we have sorted out everything, meeting everyone.
Recently I met Betsy Czark, and had a long talk with her. She is one of the owners of Living in Panama. I can now say I do not believe rumors.
