If you come to our town Puerto Armuelles, and want to see properties or talk with us. Please give us a heads up. With advance notice we can set aside some time to meet with you.
As you have probably heard, Puerto Armuelles is a charming & unique beach town. One reason for its charm is that it was built by Chiquita Banana starting in the 1920s. You can learn more about Puerto Armuelles on our site.
Please take a moment to visit our contact page. Tell us why you signed up. What you want to learn from our site, from us, our newsletter. There is a link to our contact page below this video.
We look forward to hearing from you.

Already staying in Panama but need to to residency paperwork
Hi, thanks for the add. I look forward to your newsletter. My husband and I are looking at Panama as one of our options for living abroad once I retire in two years. Puerto Armuellos is one of the areas of interest. Specifically we are interested in the Pacific coast of Panama. One question I have about your location, is how easy is it to get to? It looks like the road to Puerto Armuellos crosses into Costa Rica, does this mean having to go through their customs as well?
Hi! We are a mature professional couple from Canada. Looking to escape our terrible winters :(. We love the sound of Panama and would like to buy within the next year. But then I read your articles about getting scammed. I would definitely love to avoid that hassle. Plus you guys sound pretty cool. 🙂
Coming in early February to validate that Panama is what we expect for our new home. Also, to find the specific where location.
Me and my wife are currently in the information gathering stage. Our primary needs and or desires. Excellent hospital, min. 60′ beachfront, security, not more than 45-60 minutes to David. Decent size expat community, city sewage, all utilities, preferably underground, ability to build dock or close access to marina, cable, internet, prefer already built home.
